We are a full service solar energy developer.  We provide our customers with a streamlined process that starts with a comprehensive site evaluation, preliminary design, and a complete economic analysis.  Once we match the customers needs with their site, we provide the customer with a formal proposal with all the details needed for informed decision making and to satisfy lender questions.  Once a proposal is accepted and the customer has acquired the necessary funding, we then complete comprehensive permit ready design drawings and take care of permitting as well as coordination through local utility companies.  We manage the construction process from start to finish.  We allow only licensed and trained electricians to perform our installations.  At all times, a Journeyman or Master Electrician is physically on the job site to assure a professional installation.  Our services include not only the solar portion of the installation, but also solar structures, integrated energy efficient lighting, infrastructure, erosion control, security fencing, and electrical modifications.  Once a customer, always a customer.  Our systems are fully warrantied for the first year of operation for labor and materials.  Our German and American manufactured equipment provides the best warranties in the industry.  Tierra Verde Solar projects are professionally designed and built to last a lifetime.

5 - 100 kilowatts.  Single and three-phase systems from 240 volts to 480 volts.  These systems can be roof or ground mounted.  All mountings are UL approved and commercially manufactured.  Where space is a factor, we can provide elevated steel solar structures over parking spaces or adjacent to existing structures.

100 kilowatts to 1 Megawatt. These systems are fully integrated into central electrical distributions systems using inverters specifically designed for large scale solar arrays.  These systems are designed and built to the same high standards as our smaller commercial projects.

In 2011, Tierra Verde joined forces with a major national solar development company.  Through this affiliation, Tierra Verde can provide turn-key solar solutions for solar projects over 1 Megawatt, with the capability to build systems over 100 Megawatts.  These larger systems can either be customer owned, or we can provide systems at no up front cost to the customer through a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).  This approach allows the customer to lock in the cost of their power for up to 30 years without any capital investment in the project.

Tierra Verde Solar is experienced in creating unique solar solutions.  Our steel elevated structures have the advantages of generating clean electricity from the sun while providing value added space.  Our structures can be used for parking shade structures, covered outdoor spaces, livestock shelters, and any number of other practical applications.  Our parking shade structures have the options of energy efficient lighting and electric vehicle charging stations.  In addition to traditional fixed ground-based systems, our portfolio of systems includes solar trackers for enhanced energy collection.  For commercial rooftops, we build systems for both sloped and flat roof structures.  All commercial rooftop projects include engineering load studies to make sure the building can support the added weight of the systems.  If required, we will re-engineer roof structures and modify them to handle the solar equipment.
